Looks like February is starting off with a really cold snap – we’re promised down as low as -11°C – but that won’t stop us, will it? Scottish Bike Show is next month so let’s ask the weather gods to give us something good so we can RIDE to Ingliston.

As I mentioned last month, winter rates are over – which may seem strange because winter definitely is not over BUT – spring is round the corner. Talking of spring, how’s your suspension? Give us a call and see what we can do for you so that your bike handles the way it did when it was new: in fact it’ll probably be better than that, because it’ll be tailored to YOU and YOUR riding style (click here). Right now we have about a four-week waiting list for workshop time, so if you leave that spring-time check-over for too long, you may have to wait. It might seem obvious, but if your bike’s 500 miles away from its 12,000 mile service, book it in NOW. If it’s 2000 miles to go then – unless you’re planning to WALK everywhere, book it in for April or May at the latest. It’s money well spent and will save you buckets of dosh in the long run.
